This network, at its peak, covered 14 countries in North America, South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Negotiated relationships with 10 new countries from his extensive contacts in the wireless messaging industry.

 Invented a way to send paging traffic over the Internet using the TNPP protocol. RTS built the product and sold it to paging carriers worldwide. This is the solution that he implemented at WebLink Wireless. Using the Internet allowed for a cost-effective solution to smaller markets becoming a part of an international network.
